Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition that you received it
-
unworn/unused and free from signs of damage or wear

in its original packaging (including any backing cards, pouches or boxes), and
-
accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at info@stickypins.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We offer free return shipping on approved returns and do not charge any restocking fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not send items to this address without first contacting us and receiving return instructions, as this may delay processing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective or damaged, or
-
you have received the wrong item,
so that we can assess the issue and put it right (for example, by sending a replacement or issuing a refund).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
-
customised or personalised items (for example, items made to your specifications), or
-
gift cards or digital vouchers.
We do not treat sale items as “final sale” – sale items can be returned in line with this policy.
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the item you have and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
UK & European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being delivered to the UK or a country within the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our 30-day returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@stickypins.co.uk.
