This Shipping Policy explains how orders from StickyPins Ltd (“StickyPins”, “we”, “us”) are processed, shipped and delivered.

Where we ship
We currently ship orders to:

United Kingdom

United States & European Union

Selected international destinations (“Rest of World”)
If your country or region does not appear at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.
Order processing times
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from the date your order is placed.
You will receive:

an order confirmation email after placing your order, and
-
a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK shipping options
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail using the following services:
-
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – our standard/default shipping option. Typically delivered 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – an express upgrade, available at an additional cost. Typically delivered 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 will be selected by default at checkout where available. You can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a higher shipping cost, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or local delivery issues.
International shipping options
All international orders (outside the UK) are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard.
Typical estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

United States & European Union: usually 3–5 business days

Rest of World: usually 5–10 business days, depending on destination
Royal Mail International Standard is an economy air service. Tracking may not be available in all countries or for all destinations. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather and other factors outside our control.
Shipping rates and charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

destination country/region

shipping method selected (for UK orders: Tracked 48 vs Tracked 24)

order weight, size and/or value
Any available free shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are your responsibility.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering if you are unsure about potential charges.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at the time of ordering.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address or redirect the parcel.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts or non-collection from a pickup point), we will contact you to discuss:

re-shipping the order to an updated address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
-
issuing a refund, less the original shipping cost and any return charges billed by the carrier.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost:

Check any tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email (for UK orders), and

If necessary, contact the carrier, then

Email us at info@stickypins.co.uk with your order number and details.
We will work with you and, where applicable, the carrier to investigate. Depending on the outcome and the shipping method used, resolution options may include a replacement or refund.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

the outer packaging
-
the shipping label
-
the damaged/incorrect items
so that we can assess the issue and put it right.
Pre-orders and mixed orders (if applicable)
From time to time we may offer items on pre-order or that are temporarily out of stock. Any special dispatch timeframes will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:

ship all items together once everything is available, or
-
ship your order in multiple parcels at our discretion.
If timing is important, please contact us before placing your order.
Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our shipping practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
